TableTop’s team of eight live throughout the United States. Among them a designer, QVC host, entrepreneur, attorney and a mom of special needs kids. They have one guided mission: to provide a safe environment, designed to experience the love of God through the practice of spiritual direction.

J.R. Mahon
His passion is truly infectious and life-changing.
J.R. is a certified spiritual director and founder of TableTop Ministries.
Mahon has counseled thousands over two decades as a spiritual director.
J.R. works with clients and organazations from all over the world. Freeing people from what paralyzes their relationships, future, and faith.
The author of Spiritual Shrink, YEAR and Starving Jesus, Mahon helped lead the early movement of XXXchurch as Executive Director and pastor.
J.R. spent three decades in the TV industry working as an Executive Producer for Gannett Television, McGraw-Hill, E. W. Scripps Company, and Tribune Broadcasting.
Mahon is a highly skilled speaker, communicator, and award-winning journalist. Mahon’s TV and ministry work has been featured on FOX, CNN, ABC’s Nightline, and The Today Show.
J.R. is married 30 years to his best friend Diane. In 2007 They adopted a sibling group of three. They make their home in Northeast Ohio.
Stephanie Leonardi
Affectionately known as “Leo.”
Stephanie is a certified Spiritual Director with TableTop ministries and is actively involved in “Story Workshops” Modeled after the Allender Center. Her incredible compassion and gift to listen create healing and grace for all those who sit with her.
Stephanie earned her BA and MA in Art Education from Cleveland State University and the University of Akron. She has 10 years of teaching experience in Cleveland, Youngstown and Akron Ohio Public Schools and 15 years of coaching experience in softball, basketball, volleyball and Girls On The Run.
Since 2017 Leo has served Summit Lake Build Corps where she recruits projects, leads builders and volunteers to serve the families in the Summit Lake area of Arkon, Ohio.
As artist Leonardi has over a dozen murals throughout Akron, and many other artworks around the city. Stephanie facilitates photography and visual art based programs/classes, community events, block parties and several other creative community based projects.
